Howdy all,

First post here... I used the search, but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Has anyone had any experience with the Super Angel 3500? It's quite spendy at about $900, and what's disturbing is that I can't find hardly any information on it. I love that it is stainless steal (no known chemical leaching -- a big plus), supposedly *more* quiet than a Green Star (another big plus), and better than the Green Star models at extracting juice (and who can complain about that).

If I don't get the Super Angel, I'm leaning towards the Green Star Elite GSE-5000.... Not that there's a lot of information out on this yet either. But at least Green Star seems to be a well known brand at making juicers -- the Elite just seems like a evolutionary step in their established line-up.

If there are any other recommendations, I'm all ears... except I'm not interested in a centrifugal force juicer though.

Much thanks!

That super angle looks very nice. I have a greenstar and have had to replace some of the parts because I tried to boil it to get it cleaner and it did not take too kindly to my actions.
It does get brown very easily. Stainless steel should not have that problem.

Umm... yeah -- I already looked through that before posting. There's nothing in there about the Super Angel.

Hey Natesi,

Funny enough I am in the same position as you right now. Its very difficult to get any information/reviews on the super angel. It does look great and I especially like what has been said about the juice yields and the lower rpm compared with the greenstar.
However, while looking around forums two people have mentioned the 'twin gear system was shown to "excrete" minute sized particles (powder) of the stainless steel gears into the juices'. Now I dont know if this is true or not but it really put me off it. Given the price I would want to ensure it got glowing reviews from almost ever customer, never mind not even having its own website.
The new greenstar elite does look good. I have my greenstar for almost 5 years now and it still works great. I tried to contact the manufactures, tribest, over a relatively minor issue a few months back but I couldn't get in touch with them.
As much as I would be tempted to get a super Angel juicer next time, I will probably just get a greenstar as I know they are well made and a very good juicer.

The green star has a twin gear system as well so does this apply to that as well.

I just ordered the Elite.

Will post a review after I've had a chance to use it....

Yes, the complaint was that the super angel juicers gears were 'marginally touching'. The greenstar has never had this problem to the best of my knowledge

I was watching some juicer videos on youtube - John from discountjuicers was talking about warrentys and companies going out of business and mentioned the Angel juicer. I am assuming it is this one as they dont even have a website going to support their product and not many places selling it. Shame, did look like a great juicer
