Coconut water?

What do people think of drinking young coconut water ( from the coconut) as part of a juice fast? I don't think I've seen it mentioned before?

I was learning about coconut water and it seems they used to give it to men on the battlefileds who lost blood to build theirs up. It is a wonder food. Makes me high when I drink it. I make a mean pina colada juice with it too.

I'm a fan. It's very soothing to the digestive system and burns easily and cleanly as a carbohydrate. If it's on your radar I'd try it.
