Hi, I'm Linda and I'm new to this type of eating "Raw" :).I've been a vegetarian for about 15 years, one who just loves "Sweets"..I just started back to sprouting again...do love them..I will have to do this slowly..Is there a recipe for making a type of bread for rolling up the sprouts in? I've just ordered the book with the dvd and can't wait to get both..

Welcome. There are lots of breads you can make to use as roll ups.
Basically you can make it with anything you have too much of and just use ground flax to tie them together and then dehydrate. If you want it to be crispy and cracker like you let it dry for longer.
Tomatoes in the blender and then add finely chopped onion will work. I like to use cucumbers or Zucchini for bread.
I have some recipes if you want to send me an email.

Re: rolling foods up, I love to use raw, untoasted nori rolls. Mmm!

I also have quite the sweet tooth. I usually make halvah (ground sesame seeds with agave nectar) or raw chocolate truffles (http://therawtarian.com/raw-chocolate-truffles-recipe/). These are two of my favourite recipes because they are fast and super easy.

Best of luck and keep us posted!
