vitamin tablets are processed... not raw.

Hi Cherry.Chops -
there is a product by Garden of Life called Vitamin Code. They have a series of individual and multi-vitamins that are minimally processed and raw.

personally i prefer to figure out what it is i need... and then consuming foods with that in it.
for example... i wanted more zinc so i started eating more pumpkin seeds. ;)
more calcium... i add more chia seeds.
i don't take any vitamin pills and never will. i believe we can get everything we need from our food... and i will continue doing that. after all, so far... it's totally workin' for me!
:D

Chlorella has B12
Nutritional yeast also has B vitamins
If you are deficient these wont do.
Its more then just taking vitamins/supplements or eating the foods. You want to make sure that you are also absorbing everything.
People can become low on B12 because they've destroyed the healthy bacteria in their gut. There's many ways of doing that, exmples; smoking, alcohol consumption, all kinds of drugs and also consuming too much garlic and onion will mess up your healthy bacteria that absorbs B12.

If you don't have allergies, you can try bee pollen. Alges, nova Scotia dulse has them. Even sunflower sprout. I don't know if your body cans absorb it, i supplement and get the Max Stress B Nano-Plex (Liquid-Vegan). It seems to work for me and it was recommended by Dr. Cousens.

I don't buy it at this link but from another ressource. I only posted that link so you see how it looks like
p.s I think this is raw but i am not sure, just research.
