sprouting sunflower seeds

i often soak sunflower seeds before eating them, but can you eat them sprouted? if so- how long after sprouting them do i eat them?

yes you can. Once you start eating them sprouted, you will wonder why you ever ate them any other way! I eat mine when they are still barely sprouted. I like them best that way.

I sprout them and then redry them in the dehydrator. Then I always have some ready when I need them.
