YUUMMM!!! This really does taste like marshmallow in liquid form!! Just made it yesterday!!!

1 coconut/ use all of the meat and water

batch of purple grapes / add grapes to taste and texture

Blend well into Vita-Mix!!!

Viola!!! Yep, that's it!!! It's that easy and really good!!

I bet kids would love this!!

That sounds delicious. I absolutely love recipes with very few ingredients, like this one.

I really need to figure out how to eat coconut. I bought it once and it was a disaster. It was sooooo hard and I couldn't get the meat off the brown skin.

For now, I pretty much just scrape it out with a spoon, unless someone has a better way of doing it can tell us? ;)
