I've been searching and trying lots of bread recipes for sandwiches. They're all fairly okay so I guess I'm really looking to knock my socks off. Does anyone have one or more favorite bread recipe they would like to share?

I personally don't have a fav but be mindful and please do not link to blogs, websites, or other forums. You MAY post the recipe if it's "out there". Thanks!

Here's one that I always whip up because it's really easy and simple. I thought of this based on what I had at the moment.

Golden Sunshine Bread

Exact measurements are not required

bananas
grounded gold flax seeds (coffee grinder)
honey or agave to taste / optional

Blend all into food processor

Dry doughy texture / add more grounded gold flax seed if it feels too wet or really sticky

Have grounded gold flax seed in bowl and roll around dough in it like flour being prep to be rolled out by rolling pin.

When done, spread grounded gold flax seed on teflex sheet like flour and roll out dough with rolling pin to desired thickness, cont. to add grounded gold flax seed while rolling it out if it gets sticky.

Dehydrate under 118 degree for 4 to 12 hours to desired texture. Depending on thickness. the thinner the faster and vice versa.

I find this bread to dehydrate pretty well.

This is my favorite so far.:)

whoohoo ... sounds yummy ...
i found this one here very tasty:

onion bread

3 large onions
1 cup golden flax seeds, ground
1 cup sunflower seeds, ground
1/2 cup nama shoyu or braggs liquid aminos
1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil

1. peel, half and slice or chop the onions (whatever you prefer).
2. place onions in large bowl and mix with rest of ingredients.
3. dehydrate for around 12 hrs.
4. cut into equal pieces.
