Eating 100% Raw. Worked for me in less than a year when 6 years of a thyroid specialist trying to get my meds correct DIDN'T work.

Nope. Nothing specific. Do you have thyroid issues? I feel incorporating sea veggies DEFINITELY jumpstarted the healing process of my thyroid. I basically eat anything and everything Raw.

My thyroid has improved a lot since I've been going raw. It's almost back to normal, especially now that I became a vegan about a month ago. So yeah, that's really encouraging to me. Thanks!!

Coconut Oil, coconuts, coconut water, coconut milk...etc. Very supportive to healthy thyroid.

Any food that contains iodine (which is why sea veggies are so important). An inoperative thyroid is not producing iodine. I also feel that thyroid diagnoses are the "in" thing for docs nowadays.

I've been really good about trying out every raw food there is.:)
So sea veggies are good then. Well, I'll have to do some happy shopping for some!! Coconuts helps alot. I've done some research for what types of food that contain iodine and there is a good amount of raw food that do.
So sea veggies, here I come!!!:p
I'm really thankful for this site because it's nice to know that others are passionate about raw food too as well!!!
