Liver cleanse

Hi,

I would really like to take a product to cleanse the liver... does anyone here recommend what liver products are good, or the key herbs to look out for in a Liver formula? Would a tincture be best, or is capsule just as good?

Also, if anyone could name some foods that are great for liver detoxing, that would be even better!
