If I start soaking the nuts early in the morning, and we eat lunch later in the afternoon, I can have these meals on the same day. I will start with the few we are using:

Mock Tuna Salad from Rawvolution [soak sunflower seeds]
Carrot Pecan pate from Alissa's Carrot Pecan burger recipe [soak pecans]
Taco filling for salad or wraps [soak walnuts]
