View Full Version : 3 months a 50 lbs gone!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Really looking forward to participating in the forum.

**UPDATE** 6-27-10

I originally posted this in October 09 but for some reason it has gotten a bit of traction over the past couple of days. Next week will be my 1 year anniversary of ending SAD for good. I have lost more than 50 (close to 100 now) and feel great. I have more time to be active on this board now so if there is ever anything I can do to help anyone please let me know. Thanks for all the encouraging words.

Ha ha. I dunno. I probably need to change the title. Its been longer than 3 months and I have lost a good bit more than just 50 lbs.
