Does anyone know what raw foods to be increasing for a low thyroid problem?

Awesome thanks for that, I'm helping a lady who has just gone raw and trying to find some recipes for her that will help her with low thyorid. So that gives me something to work on.

If someone is in real iodine deficiency, it wouldn't hurt to go through a bottle of iodoral (lugols in tablet form). One tablet equals the average Japanese dose from seafoods. Sea vegetables are fantastic but it takes a lot of them and not everyone loves them. Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium. Some people might need to watch their intake of cabbage/broccoli/kale/collard family too.
