Any ideas why rebounding causes me to swell up? Even when I do it very gently, I immediately swell up so badly my fingers and toes are like snausages. Parsley and celery help it go back down, but it's getting frustrating. Any thoughts?

Check your sodium/fluid intake.
The other reason is, you're getting energy into your extremities. That's a good thing. Keep doing it and I'll just bet that issue will eliminate eventually PLUS, your hands and feet will stay nice and cozy warm in colder weather.

the rebounding isn't making you swell but perhaps the detox is? you drain your lymphatic system when you rebound... so ... if that's what is happening... i would definitely continue rebounding.
this site (http://www.qibounding.com/rebounding_home.html) has sooo much info on rebounding. give it a read.

Perfect. You don't start prepping in the middle of cold weather. You're body is preparing itself now for whatever is called winter there.
