Exactly what is the difference between Low Fat and High Fat 100% Raw Vegan? I have been subscribing to a few other Forums today and noticed this terminology in a few different forums.

Thanks in advance.

Low eats less than 10% fat; "high" eats more than that ~ according to some.

Yeah, I really don't know what all the low this, high that, counting this, counting that is about. I personally eat when I want, what I want, how much of it I want, etc.
Like my choices this morning of what to have for b-fast? I had all three. A crepe with hazelnut ice dream and buckwheaties on top (thank you Revvell) and it was DE-LISH!

I sure wish I could eat what I wanted, etc. - but I do have to limit my fat (as in nuts, avos, oil) or I gain. I lost over 100 pounds before going raw and I've been slowly gaining-gaining since going raw. I'm certain it's because I'm in perimenopause however. Maybe when that's all done it will be different. *Ü*
