View Full Version : My before & after headshots to get me motivated

So. I know I don't post much here, but I do read! Anyway, I was on raw for a good solid three months and recently have fallen off the bandwagon and feel like absolute poop. Today I got rid of all the non raw junk food in my house and am about to go on a giant shopping spree, tee hee. I thought looking at and sharing my pics would help me to get excited for it again and stay on it! Because really, I do feel so crummy with all the junk I've been eating the last few weeks.

Sorry, I only could find head photos since I recently backed up all my pics and deleted a bunch. I'll post body shots later though, I'm sure they are somewhere on this computer.

I'm not sure about exact stats being that I know if I was weighing myself I would have gone bonkers. But according to my doctor, the last time I was there I was 215 lbs. and when I was 182. I went from a tight size 16 jeans to a size 12.

On to the pics. I'll post more later as I find them, there's not too many pics taken of me since I'm on the other side of the camera usually!

Here is me about a year ago (with one of my three dogs. All my dogs are raw fed.)

That was one of the first things to change! Thankfully too, since I always had really awful skin my whole life :)

cute pooches...you look amazing & much younger, at least 10yrs. Don't know your age but you look late 20's in the raw pics.

Aleesha beat me to it, but I whole-heartedly agree. Your before and after pics look like 'mother and daughter' pictures.... What an amazing transformation!

You also appear calmer and more self-assured in the 'after' pics.

Wow- that was a great story you have there. Raw food diet indeed provides magic.

How I wish you can post those photos back... Visuals are generally appealing compared to words. :p
