Well, after four+ years raw and still suffering from residual digestive problems, I finally bit the bullet and got a colonic. (Gravity method, $55)

I found the therapist off of Natalia Rose's list. The therapist was great, didn't try to sell me anything, etc. but did recommend taking magnesium citrate tea every evening, taking triphala 2/day, and considering a parasite combo. (Neither of us were certain that I had parasites, just as a precaution.)

So, I followed her instructions and and happy to report that SHE COMPLETELY CHANGED MY LIFE! I swear, the difference between before and after the colonic/recommended supplement regime is as drastic as before and after eating raw.

Sounds great!
A few questions ...
What kind of digestive problems did you have?
What the parasite combo is made of?

i'm surprised you still had digestive issues after being raw for 4 years. have you been 100% raw all that time?

Yup. Raw helped my digestive issues, but did not completely heal them.

Constipation, slow digestion, bloating, that sort of thing. Unless I ate only fruit, and still sometimes even then.

The parasite combo I'm on is called Para-Shield, made by Gaia Herbs. It contains black walnut green hulls, sweet wormwood, pomegranate seed, gentian root, coptis rhizome, ginger root, and clove oil.

Why are you trying to antagonize me?

Your behavior seems more in violation then the recipe that I tried to post. You can see my response on the other thread.

Yes, I have been raw for a long time. I do occasionally use veggie stocks or tea which I simmer water for. I also use nutritional yeast.
