how do you cut your veggies into disk with saladacco peeler?

i don't think you can do that with a saladacco. i'd use a mandolin vegetable slicer

You can. Use the slicer side, and before you slice the veggie, make a cut from the top to the bottom, halfway across, only going to the middle. That will keep you from having one long ribbon, and you will instead have little slices (with a cut to the middle). I hope you can vizualize what I am trying to say....hard to explain!
