Fasting on just wheat grass?

Anyone done this? heard of it?

A few years ago one of the chicago area gurus reported that she'd just come off a 30 day wheat grass juice fast.

I hadn't heard of it before - and I've been fasting for over 25 years....(just a few weeks a year I mean! skipping some years too!!)

Any info on this variation?

yup i've heard of it. it would be super cleansing and healing i would think. from what i understand most people (as there are no rules in fasting) drink water and wheatgrass shots and nothing else.

i've done a juice fast with wheatgrass shots daily.
