I'm in school full time this semester and I was a bit concerned about staying on a Raw food diet with such a hectic schdule. There are nothing but junk food places on campus and I did not want to get caught in that trap AGAIN!

I've found that Raw food is the fastest there is. Today I just grabbed some fruit, made Alissa's Easy Cucumber Soup, a quart of Carrot/orange/cucumber/celery juice I made yesterday, a Larabar Bar and water and I am all set for a full day and night at campus. I know that is not really alot, but I am running late so won't be able to prepare the salad like I planned.

I just pack everything in my cooler and I am ready to go. I still intend to make my more complicated recipes as I do enjoy them, and I can make them and they can stretch for four to five days. I've had my Green Smoothie and I am nice and full until lunchtime. As always with Raw foods a little preparation and foretought is needed, but I think with maintaining this diet, it will give me the much needed energy I'll need to get through the quarter.

I love this life!!!!! Raw Rocks!!!!

Make raw "burritos" ~ Romaine lettuce leaves wrapped around sliced tomatoes, cukes, avo and olives. Take 'em with you. It's what I travel with.

how about gorilla sandwiches? if i remember correctly... you hollow out a cuke and stuff it with avocado and anything else you want...

That sounds similar to what I had last night, but what do you do with the cuke innards?
