Any links about natural stroke healing?

Never imagined I would ask this question, but a week ago I had a stroke at 36 years old, and it was very small and everything went back to places, but now I need information, so I can avoid it in the future(by the way my heart and blood vessels are good and doctors don't really know the reason). Do you have any links or books to recommend?

It is very hard to believe that this happened to you.
I would think that the best prevention is to stay as raw as possible. Pomegranate juice is very good for keeping the arteries clear but has to be taken regularly. I can not imagine that blocked arteries was the cause but can not think what else would have caused it.

Do the doctors want to investigate further to see what may have caused it. I would want to know as that would give me hints as to how to prevent further. Unless you know more, I would agree with sport - stay raw.

They need to find out the cause of the stroke. If it was a blood clot or brain bleed, that is a whole different animal from clogged arteries in the brain caused by fatty deposits. I would get Joel Fuhrman's book on fasting. He talks about how water fasting can cure all kinds of illnesses.

I agree, you need to discover the casue of the stroke. Other than that staying raw can do nothing but good I would think.

Well, the thing is, that doctors don't even know the type of stroke I had, because, when they admitted me to the hospital CT scan didn't show anything, so they treated me from meningitis, which I didn't have and just the next day they did some better picture, which showed recent problem, but by that time they couldn't see, what caused it-it was very small. My arteries are fine and my heart is perfect. The thing is that I pinched my arm-shoulder-neck nerves by playing guitar and it was hurting awfully for about 5-6 days before the stroke. And stroke happened exactly on that side on the lower portion of my head. And I was water fasting for a day, because i hoped that would help me heal faster. Doctors still don't give up searching, so they will make me wear heart monitor to see if I have iregular beat sometimes, but I don't think they will find that.
Maybe it was just a one time event and I can forget it.
It is funny though, that there is so much natural health information on cancer and barely anything on stroke.
I am not fully raw, but I am not sure I want to become all raw, because if I would have been all raw for a while, when this happened, I would probably have died from alll the drugs they shot me up with. I eat high raw and the rest just whole foods vegan with honey. Before stroke I would allow myself junk once in a while, but not now of course.
