H1N1--vaccinate??

I work in a mental health setting, and it's hard to hear anything about h1n1 vaccinations except the\at we should all do it a soon as we can. I am resistant, but wish I had heard more than I have about the downside of vaccinating. What do you all know?? Thanks.

Yeah, that wasn't too surprising. Every year I got the flu shot, I got the flu, including Haemophilus influenza when I was pregnant...of course that was exactly what I'd been vaccinated against that year! :mad: I have refused the flu shot ever since and have only gotten a mild flu once (cause I was all kissy face with my little boy after he'd been at his dads and I missed him.... turned out he had the flu!) in the past eight years.

I have a friend working in a diagnostic centre in the U.S. and she is refusing the vaccine so they have told her that she must wear a mask at work from the time she enters the building in the morning until she leaves. She is only allowed to remove it to eat.
They are deliberately making it hard on her.
She is not raw but she does know that the vaccine is not the road that she wants to travel.

There are a couple people I know of at this point who have filed charges against various individuals and organizations regarding the swine flu. One is an austrian Journalist named Jane Burgemeister. There is an interview of her on you tube. She filed against the world health organization for intentionally releasing a pandemic. The other person is Len Horowitz. He is someone known for exposing the fluoride scam, as well as other toxic chemicals such as aspartame, mercury, Gmo's, etc..He has filed charges against David Rockefeller. Here is a link to an article about a study in Canada which says that people who have received the seasonal flu vaccine may be twice as likely to contract swine flu.

Found this where New York healthworkers are revolting at being forced to get flu shots. I did a post about a year or so ago where a large hospital system in my area was making flu shots mandatory. As far as I know, no one rebelled, or if they did, it didn't make the news. Glad to see that people are standing up for themselves here.

I'm getting the chance to walk the talk right now. OUr whole family has been exposed to H1N1. A friend of our family got sick (along with his wife and youngest child) and he ended up in the ICU on a respirator, dialysis, one to one nursing, nearly died. They say he will be in the hospital for three more weeks. His wife, my good friend, was pretty sick too, but took the tamiflu and got over it. The youngest child only got what they thought was a really bad cold. She stayed with us while the dad was at his most critical. The two older children are good friends with my children, but they haven't gotten sick yet (they live in a different house, but were around their dad when he got sick). My husband visited the man in the ICU three different times, before the tests came back positive for H1N1. The vaccine is not even available in our town, even if we wanted it, which we don't but it is nerve-wracking all the same, especially for my husband's sake, as he tends to get bronchitis really easily, and he is not raw.

This man and his family have a HORRIBLE diet. Tons of junk and white flour and sugar. He also almost died from Hantavirus 10 years ago so his lungs were weak to begin with.

More than likely it's not mandatory, but if you have proof you were vaccinated they might let you through a little easier than someone who has not been vaccinated.I think adults in some countries outside the US can get vaccinated.The restrictions here are to get the vaccine out to the high risk people first and then healthy adults can hopefully get it sometime down the pike.In my country everyone gets the vaccine, except babies younger than 6 months.

I am hearing radio ads here encouraging people to get vaccinated so I think that the take up was lower than expected and they have been left with surplus stock. Great. I am delighted that at least some people have sense.

Can't imagine why healthy adults would poison themselves ~ or sick people either. Makes no sense to me yet, they'll talk themselves into it it seems.
