Ovarian Cysts

Hello all,
I recently had to have surgery to remove an ovarian cyst. I was wondering if anyone had success with preventing cysts with a raw food diet. I would appreciate any advice.

Raw should help due to decreased hormone consumption of the hormones found in meats and dairy. You should watch the phytoestrogen amounts in different raw foods (flax is really high, unfortunately) and progesterone cream might help until you get all cleaned out from too much estrogen.
