my daughter is not feeling well so i decided to make her some of her favorite comfort food - mac and cheese - she ate a bit - its a chilly dreary day by me so i had a couple of bites - tasted good, but now i feel sooo sluggish and dry- i cant stop drinking water and my energy is sapped. i havent had pasta or milk in a lomg while. what a difference. while im not 100%, im high percentage and have been feeling great. it really is not worth it to eat SAD. i am baffled as to how SAD became so widely accepted. didn't the frist few who were trying all that gloop feel yucky and not want to eat it anymore - how is raw food eating possibly looked at as odd?!

I am experiencing this this weekend as well...oh my. Ugh to sad cooked stuff...Right away I get all horrible feeling. My mood plummetts, my pains come back, my stomach hurts...on n on it goes...not worth it...ugh...off to my green smoothie.

I'm this way with dairy products now. If I eat a small dairy..I feel very bloated & not good for a few hours. so, I won't be doing that anymore.

Oh, I am all to familiar with that feeling.

When I first went RAW I was 100% for five weeks and then went to a brunch and had a tofu scramble. I could barely function the remainder of the day!!!! It was the worst feeling.

I wish I could say that that feeling has stayed with me and reminded me to always stay on the straight and narrow, but it hasen't. I still slip and that terrible feeling is rght back again. I'm learning though and the slips are getting fewer and fewer.
