I don't like miso but want to make a few recipes that call for miso. What could I use to replace the miso?

Thanks!

I wonder is it in there to make it salty so salt would do. I would just skip it altogether and see how it is.

What is the recipe and how much is used in it?

I use Braggs Aminos.

I've just left it out in a few recipes and they still turned out good.

Any Phyo's miso soup, which uses 3 T. miso and a variety of raw cheeses that all call for "some" miso (1 tsp. - 2 T.).

Thanks!

With all the recipes floating around then I wouldn't even bother making the soup OR cheezes...I just think that would be smarter than trying to re-create a (non-miso) miso soup and cheezes...

nutritional yeast is a good cheese base, that might be interesting to try.
