Hello everyone!!

I am about 90% raw, but planning on 100% raw tomorrow for 6 weeks (measured for a bridesmaid dress in 6 weeks (ahhhhhh)).. Anyway, does a 12-15 pound weight loss in 6 weeks sound like too much?? I have been losing a little here and there, but assume I will see better results if I can commit 100%.

Thanks!!

Brooke

100% will give you the greatest results in my opinion and as far as I'm concerned.

I lost 13 lbs in 4 weeks, and when I first went raw, I weighed only 122 lbs. So I know it's doable in that amount of time...

But is it realistic? Me thinks so...but others might give a different opinion.

Yes, that is a reasonalbe weight loss to me as well. I've been not quite 100% for 6 weeks and have lost 20 pounds and counting :)
And yes, you will get much greater results with 100% raw.

Ok..I am convinced 100% is the way to go..thanks to everyone who replied! It sounds like 15lbs is doable in 6 weeks.. Wish me luck, I don't want to look like a whale in the bridesmaid dress..

hmm....if you have excess weight and are eating 100 percent raw, you will not gain weight.

Blessings Brooke, I hope you experience the results you desire. :)

You could probably do it. Two things that could help speed up the weight loss are fasting and enzyme supplements.

You could do either water fasting or juice fasting, but you need to read a couple books on the subject first.

If you eat enzymes during meals and in-between meals, it could help with weight loss. I use the NCP enzymes, they are very effective=>

Thank you very much!! I am actually doing a water fast for as long as I can before doing 100% raw.
