I just discovered that if you type "google books" on the google search engine that it will bring you to a website that has limited previews of all sorts of books online.

For instance, you will find these books (with recipes included) for free! Yay!

Matthew Kenney's Entertaining in the Raw
Matthew Kenney's Everyday Raw
Rawsome

and much more

Yeah, there's a bunch of raw food books available as previews there.
I found the whole cheese cake chapter of Sweet Gratitude there a couple of months ago and ended up buying it. My friends are thankful :D

It's the best way to make up your mind about which books to buy in my opinion, much better than reading reviews. And there's a whole lot of hard-to-find books with useful information on google books. Thumbs up!

Another place were you can find some very old books on raw food and health is at http://www.soilandhealth.org/02/0203CAT/0203longevitylibcat.html
I can't say I'd follow everything some of these old experts recommend. Raw milk was apparently quite popular in raw food diets at the beginning of the last century. Still interesting from a historical perspective.
