Anti Opioids cleanse

After reading the actical Sharon of Colorado put here about "Opioids in cooked foods cause addiction" I have decided that I would like to do a 30 day cleanse taking away all the causes of this.
Is there anyone else that would like to start this?
I will be starting Tues. (tomorrow) but you can start any time . Please read the artical to see what you think about it

I read it but didnt come across a cleanse for it. Ill read it again though

It doesn't state a cleanse It only give the items that cause the problem. I will be giving up all grains and root veggies for the 30 day to clear that out of my system.

Wheres the article? I just got a serious sinus infection from eating wheat products. Just ONE single bagel since I've been having a craving for it. I think I need to go 100% now. I've been at about 75-80%, but obviously thats not enough. :confused:

sorry to hear about the infection. Hope that you are able to go 100% if that is what your body is ready to do.
