I have a question...can one put raw wheat grass in a vita-mex?? I know you can put the frozen kind in and it works fine....but I don't think that's raw, so I'm assuming it's not the best for you??? Does it matter?? Thanks!

Are you asking can it be juiced in a Vita-Mix? Some blend it and then Strain the juice. I think a Blender was made for Blending and a Juicer was made for Juicing, so I use a Juicer to Juice it.
I juice my wheatgrass in my Blendtec because my Champion juicer doesn't do well with trying to juice it.
I blend the grass with 3-4 ice cubes and water, then I strain it through a paint strainer bag. *Ü*

I just throw it into my Blendtec along with my other smoothie ingredients. Works fine for me.

Are the frozen cubes ok?? Do they still have good nutritional value in them?? I live in a small town so it is tough to get fresh wheatgrass. Thanks!

I honestly don't know the true answer - but, I freeze my wheat grass juice every time I juice it. It's the only way I can see to do it for myself. I figure it's better than not drinking it at all. May be faulty logic, but it's what I do - wink! *Ü*
