Garlic, Ginger, extra greens or green powder. I find Ocean’s Alive Marine Phytoplankton to be the most powerful.
Supplements with these ingredients are helpful: Garlic, Vit C, Echinacea, Ginger, Astragalus, Olive Leaf Extract, probiotics.
I haven't gotten the flu or a cold for years prior to raw because of taking probiotics and having a good immune formula on hand for when I was around others that were sick.

Dr. Oz recommendation. Garlic has also been used to combat yeast infection.
Also because this is a natural anti-biotic, many including myself thought that it was killing the good bacteria as well.
There is a paper publish and here are some information about the property of garlic.

The best life-giving, life-enhancing food, for me, is The Word of God. My raw foodism and everything else is secondary, for I have seen the Light of the world, and He will sustain me in every way!!!

How long does a bottle of the Marine Phytoplankton last you?

You can look into an elderberry extract. The season for picking them is over I believe, but you can probably get it from a local hollistic specialistic. People who contract the flu recover somethin like 3x faster than those who take a placebo, and also have less severe symptoms.

A good and strong immune system is linked with a healthy colon.
Steps to improve your colon health:
Replace healthy bacteria with acidophilus supplements.
Eat lots of fiber.
Get a colon cleanse.
And then there is the two classic immune boosting foods, Ginger and garlic.
