A note to the onion bread crowd

substituted pumpkin seeds for sundflower in both the onion bread and my tomato/basil bread.

Can't really tell the difference.

I only made 1/3 batches of each cuz I wasn't sure....

Cool! Yeah, this bread can be a base for lots of varieties. I FP my onions a lot finer.

I have made several versions of this bread with different seeds and nuts and have loved all of them.

Good to know. I'll give it a try. I'm reluctant to mess with a good thing, but I read somewhere that pumpkin seeds have a better balance of omegas than sunflower seeds, which are heavy on omega3.
