Water Fast-type water

Do you have to use distilled water or can other water work? If it must be distilled, can I just get the cheap supermarket kind? Not planning on buying a distiller at this point.

very unhealthy tap. have a brita pitcher, just not sure if thats good enough.

Yeah, I would never use tap water on a fast! I use my Brita pitcher for everything that needs water. However, if you do want to upgrade, you should get a Pur filter as they filter out so much more crap.
