PH effect of cacao?

Does anybody have an info on how RAW cacao affects the body PH? I can find the info on cooked cocoa but not RAW cacao. Any info would be appreciated.

if you check the first one, the 100% cocoa (which has no sugar additives) the PH is around 5.31 , I red somewhere else that the PH was sometimes around 4.5 so it varies between 4.5 and 6.5.
