I am always looking for some special recipes to make for holidays. Right now on a quest for some nice Christmas breakfast recipes, and I saw Revell's reference to a crepe recipe (http://www.rawmazing.com/recipes/raw-chocolate-cacao-vanilla-banana-walnut-crepes/).

So this looks absolutely AMAZING but unfortunately, one of my raw daughters can't have bananas. :( Any ideas as to what other fruit might substitute well? At least in a small portion of it for her? And it can't be anything exotic. Never have seen durian in these parts.

I would try ANY fruit leather, just make sure you dehydrate it so that it's still plyable. Hmmm, this makes me want to try that too ... I'm thinking mango.

But it is not fruit leather per se.....you mix the bananas with ground walnuts.

I've never seen the Rawmazing site before. Wonderful stuff there!
