Last weekend I rode in the the MS 150 here in central Missouri. It was my seventh one, the third one raw. Raw is the best way to do long distance endurance events, for sure! I drank a big green smoothie both mornings of the 75 mile rides, ate bananas at all the rest stops, had an apple for lunch, then enjoyed some raw trail mix and more fruit at the finish line. The best news is that my average speed was good. Even better is that I had very little muscle fatigue and felt pretty good starting the second day. Best is that I'm 68 this year and can stoll get out and do this stuff! It's just great to be alive an dhave all this energy!

Jane - you are my idol!

I am training for a triathlon at 47 years, 8 months, and and 29 days (I will be 48 on Tuesday). I agree RAW is the way to go -- it has helped my endurance and recovery tremendously.

You are such an inspiration! Roll on!
