My husband and I are very interested in trying to do the 30 Day Challenge next month, but we have a five-month-old infant. So I'm looking for advice (and maybe some recipes?) that will help me get through the month with a MINIMUM of stress!

He goes to college classes in the morning (which range from an 11a-1p class, and an 8a-12p class) and he works afternoons/evenings (2:15p-11p) so I also need things that are very portable and very filling.

I know there are the simple things - whole fruit, smoothies, etc - but I imagine that'll be tasty for about two or three days, and then we're going to be looking thoughtfully at our stock of buffalo burgers and chicken.

My son will be content in his walker or his bouncer.... for about 10m. So if there's things that have a ten minute prep, that would be AMAZING!

I look forward to your recommendations!

Alissa's book is chock full of quick & easy recipes. Her 30 day plan has you doing food prep 2 times a week & the rest of the time just grabbing quick meals. She makes it sooooo easy!

My hubby & I take turns on Saturday or Sunday with our little one to give each other the time to do our food prep for the week so we can eat healthy with little prep during the week.

Make sure you get Alissa's book & DVD - it will make it fast & easy for you!
