:)I am on my 3rd week of raw and my skin is looking much better, but, I have not dropped any weight. I am about 7-8 pounds heavier than I would like to be. I have made lots of the book/dvd recipes since my husband is also eating raw. What should my daily diet be on the 3rd or 4th week? Also, I am 55 yrs old and concerned about calcium intake. What foods will fill my daily calcium needs of 1500-1800 mg?
