Hey,
I am just wondering should one ever eat when not hungry?
I ask this because some days I wake up an just don't feel hungry. I generally have something small like a piece of dried fruit and lots of water. If this doesn't stimulate an appetite then I figure that my body doesn't need to eat at that time. I may or may not be hungrier later in the day and will go on eating what I want as I want it.
Should I listen to my body(something I never did before raw) or go with the old status quo that you should eat (breakfast especially) even if you aren't really hungry?
I know raw is about breaking out of cooked traditons to a large extent so dont see why this should be any different...
Thoughts?
Thanks.
