If I soak goji berries, how long can I keep them before they'll go bad? Do they need to be dried somehow to keep from going bad or can they stay wet? I'd prefer to keep them soaked in the water or at least wet, but don't want to ruin them.
Does this apply to all dried fruit?

I soaked them overnight to put in my smoothie. You don't need to soak them to eat or make recipe, unless you want to make a cream sauce or something.
I think it should keep a while because, Victoria Butenko has a recipes on how to make jam, she only soak the dry fruit 20 min with water and blend them with the vitamix. I don't know the exact amount of days, hope you get your answer!

Once hydrated, you are going to want to use them quckly. And yep, I eat 'em just like raisins.

I had no choice but to soak a large amount. Now I just need to make sure they won't go bad since I can't use them up that quick. Do you think just draining the water is good enough?

Blend it all - soak water and all and make a goji juice. you could freeze what you don't drink. Goji/lemonade sounds yummmy!

Yeah, pretty much. Once you hydrate something, it become more susceptable to going bad quicker.

if you make a raw yogurt, soaked & plump gojis are a great addition to it!
