View Full Version : Screwed up in the UK/Germany

Grrrrrrrrrr! I totally knew I would eat like crap while on my tour in the UK and Germany! I gained a bunch of weight and feel like S*^$%^$. Last night was my first night back at work and I got a huge migraine. I went to bed as soon as I got home (8:30) and got up at 9:00 this morning.

So.. to wipe the slate clean, I started another MC today. This will be my first time on the MC while doing some light exercise, so I am interested in seeing if my results will be any different. (faster detox? more weightloss?).

Anyway.. hoping to get back on track.. grrrrrrr!

HAHA!! Yeah, I guess I should stop growling! But.. I do feel like a major screw-up, and the scale agrees with me, too! :mad:

Still have a headache, and expecting tons of detox symptoms.. <sigh>

Thanks... MC for at least 10 days, probably more. What I am craving more than anything right now is fresh whole foods veggie juice from my Vitamix.

Headache and sore throat now.. Will have my first LA soon..

Looks like I'm going to feel worse before feeling better. I'm on Day 2 of the MC and am detoxing majorly (sinus drip, sore throat, extreme fatigue, muscle soreness in neck, etc). I guess it can only get better from here...

Very true--I have also screwed up right here in the US! But.. for some reason, this MC is really hitting me like a ton of bricks. I feel terrible, as though I have bronchitis or the flu.. Time to lay down..
