15 days 100% RAW and I'm craving buttery, creamy mashed potatoes and corn.....talk me down....talk me down. I guess this is late onset detox cause I have been feeling super so far. Im making dinner for my husband and although I gag at the thought of meatloaf touching my lips there is just something about the taters and corn that call out to me. I think I'm just going to cry it out but why, why now? I've been, and will continue, to do so well. Ok enough venting...must grab tissue.

Clover! You KNOW it's your mind tempting you into thinking you want that SAD/CRAP food. Your body wants healthy alive food to heal.
DO NOT CAVE!

Yes my mind is working against me but I will not succumb. I just keep reminding myself how it will make me feel, bloated, fat, nausiated. I appreciate your encouragement.

How about a nice piece of raw corn with some garlic infused olive oil????/ YUM!
There are always delicious raw alternatives to the foods you are craving.

your mind working against you? There is no such thing. Make it work FOR you, you're the boss, right? Hey, it's easy, you don't have to be strong, you don't have to fight anything at all, just change your thoughts and turn your life into a neverending paradise. It's possible, it's easy, it's FUN :)
