There was a "Thread" on that but the SEARCH is still not up to EARLIER Standards. It stated that they could be Frozen. Someone had a Bumper Crop and needed to know if they could be Frozen.

I suppose for something very mushy n sloppy like juice!!!!

I freeze them if I have too many. I chop them while frozen and put in the food processor to make bread.
I like it when my bread is made from the same ingredients as the filling so I make bread from salad things (cukes, tomatoes, chopped onion, red peppers) and I make the filling from the same things with avo added.
Less ingredients is less taxing on my digestive system.
