hi,

i really want to go raw but
i tried and tried but the cooked food is to addictive :(

but now i have the change to have another try :D
i will get there !!

i'm going to start with a water fast as long as i can
then i'm going to continue with a juice fast and then....
RAW food :)

i really hope i will get there :)
because now i feel tired, not good in my body( extra weight) ,looking a bit dull( also acne),..

starting weigth : 69 kg

I personally feel that a water fast and then a juice fast are very severe/radical and instead going 100% Raw you would not be depriving yourself.
How long have you tried going Raw? How about doing a 30-day challenge?

I agree with Veganforlife. Especially the water fast. Raw is much more fun to be addicted to. :p

the longest i stayed raw was 6 days

ok maybe i'm starting with raw food

I agree, although a very short water or juice fast can be beneficial in giving your body a jump start and getting a handle on your self control. I'm talking just a few hours, like wake up in the morning and wait until you are super hungry before eating. I did that when I started and I ended up eating only a couple of pieces of fruit the first and second day. But going all raw for me was enough of a change without much of a fast...

At the same time a fast of water is said to be a GREAT way to break free of addictions whether it is caffeine, sugar, sad food, if you break a fast then make certain to do it carefully and do raw afterwards. You can do whatever YOU feel like. Having said that I am doing the raw challenge this month and am planning a water fast VERY soon as I FEEL it is something I NEED to do. So just go with what feels right to you and DO make good changes and do it in a way it will stick! Good Luck

yea i think i'm going to do it as i said it

so i will be starting my water fast Thursday and then i will do the juice fast and then raw food.

i feel this is right for me

you know whats right for you. Green smoothies will help immensly when you are ready for them.

Welcome :) That's exactly the way I started my journey: a water fast, then a juice feast and then raw with a cleansed body, that's fun! The detox is not that dramatic then, if you do it that way. Just find the right thing for yourself and remember: whatever you think is right,-if you think you CAN do this, then you CAN. Isn't that great news? Enjoy

and i'm starting a day earlier so tommorrow is my first day of my water fast

and hopfully of my new lifestyle :)
