I just recently started juice feasting and I wanted to know does nut milk hurt the juice feasting as though it's a nut and not a fruit or veggie. I just learned how to make my own milk from almonds yesterday. I made a huge 32 oz glass and it was so good. I am lactose intolerant so this works out perfectly for me because it did not give me any type of digestive problems. Yippy!

So I wanted to know from others who juice fast or feasting could I drink the almond milk on a regular????

Thanks for your replies in advance.
Peace Love and Happiness!

I posted this topic in the wrong section. Is it possible to MOVE it to Fasting?

Welcome. No, you shouldn't have nut milk on a juice fast if you want the full benefits of the fast. Fats slow down the detoxing so you should have minimal or no fats when you fast.

i agree... no nut mylks.

it'll also keep your digestion awake and in full swing (well perhaps not full but you get my drift)... so stick with juices... ;)

if you were doing a green smoothie feast... you could certainly have some nut mylks in your smoothies if you choose to.
