Does anyone know or has anyone here juiced artichokes? And if so, so part can be juiced - just the stem, the flower bit at the end, or both? I've read artichoke juice is very good for the liver, and would love to be able to try it out if I knew how to juice it!

If you do end up juicing, will you post back with the results? I'm curious about this. I miss eating artichokes and haven't dared to try them raw yet.

I will do, in this very thread. i've ordered some for my next local vegetable box delivery, which won't come till Tuesday, so I probably won't try juicing until Wednesday. When I do it i'll let you know what kind of yeild I get too...

Yep I juiced artichokes many times. I have the omega juicer, not sure if that makes a difference, but yep it def juiced, you gotta cut it of course, and then just toss it in. Great cleanser for the liver~ Doesnt taste the best on its own, but I put it in a drink that masked the flavor.
