Hi Everyone,

My DH ordered a dehydrator which should be here Monday. Hooray!

I've been pouring over Alissa's book trying to plan out some great meals and there's so many options, I don't know where to start. I'm just wondering what your favorite tried and true recipes are, that you continue to make over and over again.

Your input is greatly appreciated.

marinara sauce has to be #1

unless it's hummus . . .

hmmm -- calzone?

I can't decide!

Okay, Alissa's Pad Thai sauce - that really is the best!

I'm definitely going to try the enchiladas. They seem like a big favorite of many. Thank you.
