What my husband just said.......

Today is my 51st birthday and my husband just led a family prayer. One of the things he said was, "Thank you so much that mom found the raw food diet and how much it has helped her."

You need to know how huge this is. I have been "sickly" all our marriage. It has caused lots of problems for us, as he is one of these hale and heary never sick guys and frankly usually treated me like a hypochondriac. The fact that he notices and is grateful brought tears to my eyes!

That's great. I can certainly relate to what you've said. It hasn't come from my wife (though she is starting to wear thin from it), but friends, family, and even doctors. I wish I had a nickel for every time I heard "Ah, it's all in your head".

This is coming from another 51'er too. Happy Birthday, to the new you!

May I ask how long you've been using this new raw approach to healing? Never mind that...I checked your blog. Great Progress! Keep up the good work! I am hoping to be able to help siblings, parents, and mother in law, with some of their health problems as they see me improve.
