Alissa's Raw Nori

I have a question about the raw nori that Alissa sells on her site. Does anyone know how to store this?

It comes in a package of 50 sheets and it would take me quite a while to use that much, can it be frozen or how would it be stored? How long do you think it would last?

Hi cinnamon, that’s a new product that just went up on my site yesterday.
i store mine in the fridge because it can take me many months to go through it if im traveling, etc... even out of the fridge it last for a long time but i keep mine in the fridge especially in hot weather since i know it will last and keep fresh is in there. Otherwise in really humid weather if its kept out too long it can go limp although it’s still fine to eat it won’t be crispy.
This is an amazing tasting nori. Really fresh and organic, one of the best ive had. hope that helps!

Hi cinnamon, thanks so much. Actually i really try to only sell products that i use. There are a few things like the cocoa and some other stuff that i could sell but then i think, why? if i wouldn’t eat it myself. i know, i love the crunch bars, they really 'clean'. I have two different crackers that are my recipes that im producing now, wait till you taste these. Carrot onion dill and a caraway one. They should be ready in the next few weeks and up on the site so ill keep you posted! They are soooooo good!
