Anyone on here do bodybuilding? I'm curious to hear any ideas or stories you might have about achieving your goals. I did some bodybuilding for awhile and turned more fitness... I love building muscle so much I still work out regularly because I don't want to lose it.
Do you find it easier then SAD? Or is it harder?

I weight train 3-5 times a week with my trainer and am also a boxer and martial artist. I weigh in at 145 which is larger than last year's weight of 132. The difference is that the weight I have gained is a lot of muscle weight. I want to keep my body fat the same, but drop down to 130-ish which puts me in my size 4 dresses which are too small now that I am a beautiful 8.
My trainer encouraged me to have an organic fruit smoothie with light soy milk and added protein (there are several - I like hemp protein). The protein is what will help you retain the muscles you have and worked hard for. I've only been raw for two days (mostly fruits and vegetables) and my body is feeling tighter.
Good luck!

Thanks for that link. I'm not body building, but that was helpful just the same!
