How do I know if I have a toxic liver?

What are the symptoms? I keep hearing about the liver and the liver cleanse. Also, is there an easier and shorter cleanse? Thanks for your help! ;)

I know mine is off when I feel grumpy. I have pain or distress in that area. I also have gas and bloating. My shoulder blade (right) hurts and I am very tired. I am not hungry either and not much sounds good to me.

Oh that so describes me...I'm grumpy, have gas and bloating, i'm tired, and nothing, I mean, nothing, sounds good to eat. I also have acne though and I understand that when the liver is overloaded all the toxins come out through the pores!!!

I was hoping to find a simple cleanse for the liver. Thanks for your reply.
