Sorry for all the sudden posts I just had a bunch of questions come all at once!! Ok, so like I mentioned in the other thread, I have a problem with textures... sometimes even if something taste awesome I feel like I'm going to gag... such things like oatmeal texture... anything thats slimy like that or a puree without ice... I can hardly eat apple sauce... All there has to be is like... a little bit of pulp I bite down on and I'm ready to blow chunks! (sorry for disturbing imagery). *except for small dark purple frozen blueberries*

I bring this up because with the raw food I want to experience more but I feel as though this is holding me back a bit from enjoying more. I totally love berries but can't have them in anything else except smoothies because the seeds gross me out.

Are you asking something specific or are you merely stating a fact? I guess that is where nuts would come into play for you to "crunch" food up a bit...? Don't know what else to tell you. Sorry...

I just thought, there are a lot of crunchy veggies...?

Hard to say. It could or it might not. Eat what you DO like now and so what if it's the same thing(s). Your body will let you know what it wants. EveryBODY is different. What works for one may not work for another. Have fun with this journey!

Even plain there are so many choices and varieties of foods to choose from that don't have that blended up texture. Has that always bene an issue for you?

Feel free to post all your questions in one thread... we don't mind at all. ;)

As for whether or not your texture issues will go away? Well that's up to you. It's YOUR issue. Our issues aren't really real they are really something we allow our mind to create and then we hold onto it and make it real.

EFT (http://www.timelessspirit.com/MAR09/review2.shtml) is great for assisting people to release these types of issues... ;)

But I doubt simply eating raw food will make it go away. An extended fast (3 months or so) may assist you though... because I've released soooo many things by fasting.
